METHOD

Transparent by design

The estimator uses a 40 L/person/day winter-peak hot-water demand, postcode-based climate mapping and NatHERS polynomial performance coefficients. It uses the CER register’s 10-year STC value only to select the heat-pump performance curve—not to calculate a current rebate.
